How to manifest with our wish list

Hi Thriver!

The holidays are riddled with expectations.

The expectations that we cling to and can feel disappointed about when someone does not act in a way we desire or who made a different choice that we feel didn't value us.
We talk about those expectations and attachments here a lot. We're not going to go down that path right now.

Today we are going to talk about a different kind of expectation.

An expectation that makes the holidays magical.

There is a man in a big red suit who is fabled to be a miracle maker.

We believe it is Santa who makes these dreams come true.

This is in part why it is so devastating as children when we learn that Santa is not "real." This is also why there are so many philosophical debates on whether or not versions of him are true or real.

We believe the Santa magic comes from outside of us.

We believe that Santa, himself, is making everything happen.

However, it is our expectation that Santa is going to make it happen coupled with a belief that we are worthy of his presents that brings him into our home every December 24th.

We expect him to come, and we believe we are worthy.

We know we are on the nice list, not the naughty list.

So Santa must come.

This is how and why all of our holidays are so magical.

We believe in this magical goodness, and we expect it to happen.

We expect others to be kind, nice and giving.

As we expect this from others, so we receive it.

It is our expectation in goodness and kindness and magic that draws out that goodness, kindness and magic from others.

Santa isn't the one, real or not, that is magical.

It is our belief and our expectation that draws that feeling out from the world around us that creates the magic.

Like attracts like and we attract what we focus on.

When we focus on magic, magic appears.

We can carry this same expectation for people to be kind and good and for magic to happen every single day of the year and soon every day will begin to feel like this magical holiday season.

We receive what we expect and what we believe we are worthy to receive.

What do you believe you are worthy to receive?
