How To Shift Your Entire World

Too often we experience things in our day that feel less than ideal, especially these days. However, feeling less than ideal actually brings in more of the "less than the ideal" into our lives. 

We are vibe matchers and attractors. 

The Universe matches our vibration and delivers to us the perfect match to what we are feeling. This is why gratitude journals are so incredibly effective. Gratitude journals raise our vibration and our frequency and life begins to deliver its grateful match. This is also why it is imperative we are conscious of how we are feeling right now so we can emit the vibe we want to attract. 

Here's how I am using this in my life right now. 

In a few weeks, my oldest daughter is turning 16 on my youngest daughter's graduation day. We've known for quite some time the logistics around this day could be tricky and now with our added Shelter in Place protocol, we've added another layer of interest to the day. 

As I've been starting to plan for the day and make arrangements, I've been acutely aware of how I am feeling in making my planning decisions. If I feel joy, excitement and happiness around my ideas, I know they will work out and they are meant to be. If I start feeling pressure or stress, I know this is not what the Universe has planned so rather than efforting my way into forcing something to happen that will ultimately flop, I am better off sticking to the path that feels great now because I know it will feel amazing then

Have you ever had that moment when, from the beginning, you had that feeling in your gut that it wasn't right but you kept pushing your idea and efforting to force it to happen despite the many hurdles in the way to only have it flop in the end? How much energy and effort could you have saved if you listened to your intuition from the beginning?

We don't have to make life so difficult. 

We can listen to our instincts and create the life of our dreams by following what feels good. You can also manifest the life of your dreams by creating a picture in your mind of what you want and focus on the images of what feels good and wonderful. This helps us bring in the life of our dreams by raising our vibration, thinking about all of those fantastic things because the Universe is always matching us.

If life isn't turning out the way you want it to turn out right now, you can look at those experiences and situations that are coming in and give gratitude for them. How and why would I do that you ask?  We give gratitude for the less than desirable because those events help refine the desired picture in your mind. Law of attraction defines this as contrast. If something isn't quite as you hoped, you can assess it and decide which parts of it you'd like to keep in the perfect image in your mind and which parts you want the exact opposite there. Gratitude can be offered for both because both help to bring stronger definition to the image in your mind. 

So if you are feeling stressed or unhappy about a situation, pay attention. This is the Universe giving you solid advice to do something differently. Shift your internal thinking, your internal boundaries, your internal belief system on what you believe and think you deserve.
