Manifesting your best when you are at your worst.

We are the magnet for the life that we are experiencing.

What surrounds us is what we believe we deserve.

What is happening in your life right now?

Are people treating you well?
Do you have loving friends surrounding you?
Are you experiencing an abundant work life?

We experience what we are and what we believe we deserve.

Mom was right when she told you,
"To have a friend, be a friend."

I am continuing this motherly tradition by passing along this wisdom to my teenagers.

To have a friend, be a friend.
To have abundance, be abundant.
To have joy, be joyful and grateful.

But there's just one thing that stands in the way of all of this...

How do we feel joyful and abundant when life has been tough for awhile and work has been slammed or family members' relationships are strained?

Abraham-Hicks teaches a powerful energetic hack that I have been applying to my daily life that is having profound effects that I wanted to share with you.

When life gets tough...Return back to a time when life was amazing and bask in that energy.

As you bask in this energetic feeling, you begin to attract more of the same experience into your life because you are feeling those emotions and emitting that energy frequency.

If you are struggling with your partner, remember the last time you had a connected conversation or incredible date. Go back as far as you need until you land upon something that lights up your soul.

If you are struggling with a child, relive a fond memory of when you felt connected and joyous. Revisit with pictures, videos or your mind. Try this right before you pick them up from school and watch the shifted interaction unfold in front of you.

Struggling at work? Remember a time that you felt empowered and strong and abundant. Your energy will attract more of the same and you will find your career skyrocketing.

When I first learned about this technique, I was struggling with my daughter and right before I picked her up from school one day, I used this hack and she hopped into the car happy and joyous. I could hardly believe it! This energy hack is a powerful one!

We attract what we are and this helps us shift into an elevated energetic state.

It is important to note that this process is basking in the feeling and energy of the event, not leading ourselves down the road to attachment, wishing and suffering that we were still there in that past moment. In Buddhism, this is called dukkha of Impermanence and this attachment to and longing for something that is no longer there causes great suffering and will ultimately draw in more suffering into your life.

This is not your goal.

Your goal is to bask in the image and feeling energy of the experience knowing you are attracting more of the same energy into this present moment, unattached to how it comes in.

Bask in the joy and abundance and watch it return back to you multipiled.
